1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia)

  • Singapore

If you would like shipping to other countries, please contact our support team at biz@avexhealthcare.com before placing your order.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.


3. Delivery Time

Malaysia:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 1-3 business days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3-7 business days

Singapore:

  • 3-5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Free shipping

  • East Malaysia: RM15 flat rate

  • Singapore: RM99 flat rate

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the courier’s website.


6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues such as:

  • Delayed delivery

  • Missing or damaged items

  • Wrong delivery address submitted

Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Reach us at biz@avexhealthcare.com with your order number and details.


7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
